When Adarsh questioned his employees when and how they would prefer to work, he found out that his employees would welcome some kind of flexible in the performance of their duties. More specifically, the majority of members seemed to appreciate the fact that they aren’t forced to start work as soon as is 9 am preferably when it is best for them.

For example, the team’s decorator, Zac, says his most effective working hours are between 7pm to 3am while Maria- frontend developer and Katie- the marketing manager, found out that it is better for them to work in the early morning or afternoon. Adarsh himself says his most productive hours are between 8 am to 1 pm, and he has obtained a room to fit all of his personal life responsibilities around that planned.
